GriefShare – A Community Ministry

The KPC GriefShare ministry offers help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. The GriefShare Support Group is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Children and Youth

Children and  Youth Programs at KPC include: Sunday School from September to June for children from nursery to college age; Confirmation Classes for 6th and 7th graders; Games, fun field trips, and weekend retreats for Jr. and Sr. High students; and Vacation Bible School in the summer for Pre-K to 5th grade children. Children and Adults join together periodically for Inter-generational service projects.

Music Ministry

KPC’s music ministry has been led since 2013 by Music Director/Organist Jean Volk. Our music ministry provides many opportunities for church members and community visitors to praise the Lord and to lead God’s people in worship. Throughout the ages, Christians have expressed the words and emotions of prayer and adoration through music. Our services are a blend of contemporary songs, classical hymns, special instruments and technology. During the summer we include special music and guest artists. We welcome children, men and women of all ages and abilities to find their place in the music program.
