KPC worship on Palm Sunday March 29th at 11am DST led by Rev. Sharyl Dixon in person and online. Pianist Gonzalo Aguilar and Organist Nancy Wright began worship with a Piano/Organ duet presentation of the Prelude, “Ride On in Majesty” David Paxton. Elder Scott Hodge served as Liturgist and Deacon Leah Hodge led Time for Youth. Pastor Sharyl’s Palm Sunday message, “What Kind of King? A Shepherd King?” was based on Matthew 21:1-11. Seminarian Ken Rubin led Prayers of the People. Pianist/Organist Gonzalo Aguilar, DMA, and Cantor Peyton Dixon provided worship music and the KPC Choir presented the Offertory, “The Palms”, Jean Baptiste Faure with participation by the congregation at Verse 2. After the Benediction the congregation was invited to enjoy the breakfast potluck in the Assembly Room.
